Forms will be despatched in early February.
The closing date for applications in 2005 is MARCH 11.

1. After the closing date copies of all the application forms will be circulated to members of the initial judging panel who will meet in on April 6 to discuss the short-list for interviews. Assuming you have enclosed a SAE you will be advised shortly after whether or not you have been selected for an interview in London on one of the following dates: April 20, 21 & 22. PLEASE MAKE A NOTE OF THESE NOW.
   
   
2. Prior to their preliminary interviews candidates will be advised which theatres are taking part.
   
   
3. A final board will be held, again in London, on 27th April, when finalists are invited to meet the Artistic Directors of the theatres taking part. Later that day they decide who are to receive the training bursaries and the candidates, successful or not, are then notified by the Director.
   
   
4. Successful candidates must be prepared to take up their appointments from July onwards.
   
   
5. We regret that there can be no correspondence as to the reasons why candidates are unsuccessful with their applications or their interviews.
